Biography:
Abraham Fromanteel (c.1646-1730) was born as the son of Ahasuerus Fromanteel and was apprenticed to him in 1662 for seven years. After working for several years in the London, Fromanteel moved to Newcastle-upon-Tyne. There, he kept contact with his brothers John in London and Ahasuerus jr. in Amsterdam.
